Payment Options
At All Saints Anglican School, we aim to provide flexible and convenient payment options to support families in managing school fees.
Invoicing
Annual fee statements are issued to the account holder’s nominated email address prior to the commencement of each school year.
Payment Frequency Options
Families may select a payment schedule that best suits their financial needs. The available options include:
- Annual Payment: Full payment due by 7 February 2025. A 5% discount on the tuition fee applies if payment is received by the due date.
- Term Payments: Four instalments due on 7 February, 25 April, 25 July, and 10 October 2025.
- Monthly Payments: Ten instalments, each due on the 25th of the month from February to November.
- Fortnightly Payments: Twenty instalments commencing on 7 February 2025, with payments scheduled every second Friday.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via Direct Debit or credit card. Please note that a small surcharge applies to payment plans administered by the school to cover transaction processing fees.
Setting Up a Payment Plan
Families can set up and manage their payment plans through SEQTA Engage, using the Payment Options tab.
