School Fees

Registration fee

A non-refundable payment of $55.00 (inc. GST) per child is required to accompany all Registration of Interest Enrolment Forms.

Enrolment fee

A non-refundable payment of $150.00 (inc. GST) is required to secure your child’s place once you have received an Offer of Place letter.

Fees will typically increase by 3%-4% annually.

A Resource Levy is charged to meet the costs of providing incidental tuition costs including:

•    printing
•    electronic material
•    curriculum supplies and resources
•    sports equipment
•    computer programs and software.

The BYOD required from Year 5 onwards and uniforms are not included in the fees. 

Payment invoicing and frequency options

Invoicing

Annual accounts are emailed to the account holder's nominated email address at the commencement of each school year.

Frequency options

Families will be given a choice of how to make fee payments to best suit their family needs. This will include the option to pay in full upfront or to pay quarterly or monthly:

Annual: Full payment made by 29 February. A 5% discount is offered for the annual payment made by the due date.
Term: Four instalments 29 February, 19 April, 26 July and 11 October 2024 (Direct Debit from a bank account required).
Monthly: Ten instalments due on the 25th of each month from February to November (Direct Debit from a bank account required).

Payments can be made by Direct Debit or credit card (a 1% surcharge applies to credit card payments).

Payment Option Nomination Form must be completed by each family to advise the payment option they select for 2024.

Families nominating a payment frequency of term or monthly must authorise the School to debit payments from the family’s nominated bank or credit card account.

Additional fees

The following activities are likely to incur additional charges: 
•    excursions 
•    camps 
•    private instrument lessons (optional)
•    extra-curricular sporting (optional).

Students are expected to participate in camps and excursions. Costs vary depending on the activity and we make every effort to keep the costs to a minimum. 

CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the cost of school trips, camps and sporting activities. Families who hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent are eligible to apply for CSEF

Discounts

Early Payment 

We apply a 5% discount to your annual school fee if you provide full payment on or before the published due date. 

The discount is applied to the fee amount after any other discounts (e.g. sibling discounts) and provided there are no other amounts owing to the school.

Siblings 

We offer discounts for families with more than one child at the school: 

•    15% on annual fees for the second sibling concurrently attending full time.
•    25% on tuition fees for the third sibling concurrently attending full time.
•    40% on tuition fees for the fourth or more siblings concurrently attending full time.

Concession card holders

You may be entitled to a 50% discount on the annual fee if you are a Concession Card holder.

Withdrawal or student absence 

We require a full Term’s notice provided to the Principal in writing in the event of a student withdrawal. Failure to provide the full period of notice will result in the charge of a Term’s fee. Refunds are not available for student absence.
